Let's help nature conservation

San Jorge Quito
We are San Jorge Eco-Lodges and Botanical Reserves, a set of eight natural reserves located in different places of Ecuador (Quito, Milpe, Tandayapa, Cosanga, Sumaco, Guacamayos and Estero Hondo). We are dedicated to eco-tourism, as well as flora and fauna conservation in each of our reserves, we protect around 1450 bird species, 3000 orchids, 15000 vascular plants, 500 tree species, 4500 buterflies and a huge amount of insects and forest creatures. In addition, we contribute to every place where we are, since our workforce consists of people from the community, who have been working in sustainable tourism, protecting nature and the beings that inhabit it.

Both our work force and the flora and fauna of each place depend on us, however our work has stopped due to the development of COVID 19.
For this reason we turn to you to help us support all the biodiversaity that inhabit the reserves and the human group that depends on us
If you want to collaborate with this wide objective, you can buy some of the watercolour paintings or bird photographs created by our founder, Dr. George Cruz. We have different paintings that can be appreciated in our art gallery. Click on the button to select photographs and paintings
