SAN JORGE ECO-LODGE AND BOTANICAL RESERVE QUITO

Andes Highland/High Barren Plains

It is an 18th century mountain Hacienda situated near the foothills of Ruccu Pichincha volcano. We are  located next to San Jorge Andean Botanical Reserve and inside Pichincha Protected Forest ten minutes from Quito.

The lodge is decorated with beautiful gardens and hummingbird feeders which atract several hummingbird species. A number of trails around the lodge lead to native highland pristine eucalyptus forests which are ideal to watch native bird and plant species. San Jorge has been operating since 1989 providing lodging and natural area for nature lovers and birdwatchers
