Milpe consists of two rustic-style eco-lodges Milpe Forest and Milpe Cliff situated in the heart of the globally important Tumbez-Choco Endemic Corridor. A wildlife refuge, this area, including Tandayapa were never destroyed by the Ice Age! It has been pristine and mega diverse ever since!
We have been in operation since 2006 providing lodging and accessibility to one of the last and posibly the most spectacular upper tropical forest in northwestern Ecuador. Milpe is adjacent to Mashpi Lodge
